My 12th week tasks were to photocopy the memos for the PIT workshop, after I finished photocopying the memos I need to distribute the memo for the participants of PIT workshop. I am happy that I was able to finish the memo distribution. A follow up on the survey questionnaires was also done. I also encoded the quality procedure and checked the list of policies given
