My Thirteen week Journal      

My 13th week in my on the Job training. This week is the preparation of our seminar.The seminar will be held on Thursday. this seminar entitled PIT Workshop or Performance Improvement Team. My tasks, I need to photocopy all documents needed for the upcoming seminar. The memos, the PIT R1, and evaluation sheet, then I need to distribute to the participants of the seminar. The participants of this seminar are the selected nurses. This is my second time around to attend this seminar.My task on that seminar are to assist my supervisor and to help him, then to become a errand. If those lacking any tools I prepare.the seminar flow smoothly.

My Twelve week Journal

My 12th week tasks were to photocopy the memos for the PIT workshop, after I finished photocopying the memos I need to distribute the memo for the participants of PIT workshop. I am happy that I was able to finish the memo distribution. A follow up on the survey questionnaires was also done. I also encoded the quality procedure and checked the list of policies given

My Eleven week Journal

My 11th Week duties and responsibilities this week were: Follow up the Identified Associates (AI) for their emails because they have a survey questionnaire which will be sent via emails. After that, I followed up and segregated the policies to the different units and distributed it.  

My Tenth week Journal  

My tenth week in my ojt. This week my task are commonly doing. What im doing are segregate the policy and then i need to distribute to the 32 nursing units. Then after that I'm informed the participants of PIT workshop that the next workshop seminar is on March 14, 2013 instead of March 7,2013. The reason why the speaker have a little problem so that why need to adjust the seminar.And I also helped to organize the design for breast feeding seminar for the next day. This week is not hustle for me because i don't have a work hard.

My Nine week Journal  

My nine week in my ojt. My duties and responsibilities is to get the emails of selected staff in the different nursing units. the reason why because of the climate survey or the Investors of people. to re-certification of the hospital. its hard for me because the others staff not to entertain me. because many them do. then i said going back tomorrow. like that again, almost one this is my work but i understand because they work in critical they need to make their work first. Patients first. I'm happy because i done completely i get all the emails i need. then i experienced to attend seminar the form summit. this seminar its all about the forms they used everyday in nursing units. they want is to improve all of the forms they used because it is important. that why they conduct a seminar. i'm happy because i done successfully all my task this week.

My Eight week Journal 

My eight week. this week I've experienced attend a seminar the PIT workshop seminar. the participants of this seminar are the selected nurses in the hospital. this seminar said that they prepare in Quality day in october. the participants need to make a project that they present in Quality day. then I've experienced to tally or to get the average of feedback of the participants in that seminar. i supposed that im doing is correct but the time i need to show in my supervisor she said all im dong is wrong then she teach me the correct format that i need to used after that i'm happy because i done successfully. I learned a new learning to how to tally or to get the evaluation feedback.
